Dr Gregory Doucas graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1975 and then re-located to Perth to join the practice of Dr Ray Owen and Dr Peter Gregory in Midland. From there he eventually purchased and moved the practice to its current location. In that time Dr Doucas has become well known in the local community of Midland, establishing himself as a highly qualified and reputable dentist whilst committing to long standing relationships with his patients.
Dr Doucas is an active and long standing member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Endodontology, the Australian Society of Periodontology, the Australian Prosthodontic Society, the Australian Osseo-Integration Society, the Dental Study Group of WA and part of the fellowship of the International Team of Implantology.
As a highly commendable clinical tutor, Dr Doucas previously taught final year dental students at the Oral Health Centre of the University of Western Australia (OHCWA) since 1996. With the high involvement that Dr Doucas had at OHCWA he encouraged and invited his students to perform the practical unit of their degree at his surgery, and here the students were able to oversee the day to day practice of Dr Doucas treating his patients.
Dr Doucas has always had a passion for dentistry and a personal commitment to continuing education in dentistry in order to improve his skills and to enable him to provide a diverse range of treatment options. Dr Doucas prides himself in delivering the latest dental technology to service the needs of his patients with the most up-to-date and cutting edge innovations available.

Dr Elisia Doucas graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia. During her time at university she was awarded the Sally Joyston-Bechal Study Group Prize. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr Elisia Doucas had a successful career as a pharmacist, practicing in the northern suburbs of Perth.
Dr Elisia Doucas has spent time in the Kimberley region, providing volunteer dental treatment in remote communities with the Kimberley Dental Team and has participated in providing dental care for homeless members of the Perth community. Dr Elisia Doucas has experience in providing dental care for patients who suffer dental anxiety, and has a relaxed, personalised and caring approach.
Dr Elisia Doucas started practicing at Doucas Dental at the end of 2015 and has already gained a good rapport with our existing patients and new patients. She is a mother herself and has a passion for treating children.

This is complemented by a Post-Graduate Certification in Aesthetic Dentistry from the State University of New York, a Mastership in Oral Lasers from Bernhard Gottlieb University in Vienna, and his certification with the Australian Dental Council. This global training ensures his patients benefit from the very forefront of dental science and technology.
Dr. Faisal channels this knowledge into specialised interests including dental implantology, complex wisdom tooth removal, and intricate jaw bone regeneration. He has demonstrated technical mastery in countless ‘All-on-4’ restorations and possesses a keen artistic eye, ensuring every smile he enhances is a natural reflection of the individual’s personality.

Carolyne Mahon
Dental Hygienist
Carolyne is a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist with 18 years of experience in preventative oral health care, graduating with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005 at Curtin University of WA. Carolyne has been with our Doucas Dental team since 2022 providing oral hygiene care to our regular and new patients.
Carolyne is experienced at coordinating and carrying out oral health care treatments by providing scaling and cleaning, dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, fissure sealing, diet counselling and general patient oral health education. She is patient focused and dedicated to building long term relationships with patients and colleagues. She is selfless and a hard working team member with a belief that working as a team is the key to a successful practice. Carolyne has also introduced in-chair teeth whitening in our practice, if you’re interested please discuss this at your next scale and clean appointment.
Outside of working in the dental industry, Carolyne is a mother, a grandmother and a les mills RPM fitness instructor.
